A delectable recipe for Cream Fizz made with gin, powdered sugar, lemons, light cream and carbonated water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemons
- 1 tsp light cream
- carbonated water
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
- Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
