Rich and Medium to prepare, the Cafe de Paris features 1 oz gin, 1/2 oz anisette and 1/2 tsp powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz anisette
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz cream
Instructions
- Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
