Cafe de Paris

Rich and Medium to prepare, the Cafe de Paris features 1 oz gin, 1/2 oz anisette and 1/2 tsp powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz anisette
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz cream

Instructions

  1. Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
