A tantalizing recipe for Caribe Cocktail made with dark rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1/4 oz dark rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Method:
Pour the rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve.
