The Lei Lani is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 1 1/4 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz lemon juice and 1/2 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz papaya juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
- 2 oz soda water
Instructions
- Pour the rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, papaya juice and orange juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Add a dash of grenadine, and stir well.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a fruit flag or pineapple wedge, and serve.
