Lei Lani

A luscious recipe for Lei Lani made with dark rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, papaya juice, orange juice, grenadine syrup and soda water.

1 1/4 oz dark rum
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz papaya juice
1 oz orange juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
2 oz soda water

Pour the rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, papaya juice and orange juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add a dash of grenadine, and stir well. Top with soda water. Garnish with a fruit flag or pineapple wedge, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
