A stiff drink made with elegant brandy, the Carl Josef blends 3/4 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, 1/4 oz cherry heering and 4 oz Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
  • 1/4 oz cherry heering
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Stir kirschwasser and cherry liqueur together in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.

Serve In
