Bold and Medium to prepare, the Cat and Fiddle features 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky, 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur and 1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
- 1 tsp Dubonnet® Blanc vermouth
Instructions
- Pour Canadian whisky, Cointreau, Pernod and Dubonnet Blanc into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
