A classic drink with approachable character, the Centauri Sundown is made with vodka, grenadine syrup, and sweet and sour mix. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- sweet and sour mix
Instructions
- Pour the vodka and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with sour mix, to taste, and serve.
