The Cesar Ritz is a spirit-forward cocktails made with 2 oz gin, 2/3 oz dry vermouth and 1/3 oz cherry heering.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 2/3 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/3 oz cherry heering
  • 1/3 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy

Instructions

  1. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a red cherry, soaked in eau de vie.

Serve In
