Champagne Cooler

The Champagne Cooler does one thing well: minty with a warming edge. Made with brandy, triple sec, and chilled Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 8 oz chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour the brandy and triple sec into a large wine glass.
  2. Fill with champagne, or simply add to taste.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.

Serve In

White Wine Glass
