Champagne Passion

Classic and Medium to prepare, the Champagne Passion features 1 1/2 oz passion-fruit puree, simple syrup and Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz passion-fruit puree
  • simple syrup
  • Champagne
  • 1/2 oz Alize® liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste).
  2. Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently.
  3. Float the alize on top, and serve.
