Pisco Sour #2

The Pisco Sour #2 is a tangy cocktails made with 2 oz pisco brandy, 1 oz lime juice and 1/4 oz simple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco brandy
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 1 dash Angostura® bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake ingredients vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, and add the bitters as an aromatic garnish.

Serve In

Champagne Flute
