Champagne Tropicale

The Champagne Tropicale is a sweet cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz mango puree, 4 oz Champagne and 1 oz maraschino liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz mango puree
  • 4 oz Champagne
  • 1 oz maraschino liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the mango puree into a mixing glass, then slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently.
  2. Float the maraschino on top, and serve.

Serve In

Champagne Saucer
