Changuirongo

Simple, aromatic and complex, and built from silver tequila, ginger ale — the Changuirongo is a no-brainer.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Pour the tequila and ginger ale into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
