A tantalizing recipe for Chocolate Corvette made with dark rum, dark creme de cacao, hot chocolate and heavy cream.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
4 oz hot chocolate
2 oz heavy cream
Method:
Pour the rum, creme de cacao and hot chocolate into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top, and serve.
