A tempting recipe for Chocolate Snow Bear made with amaretto almond liqueur, creme de cacao, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and vanilla extract.
Ingredients:
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz creme de cacao
5 oz french vanilla ice cream
1/4 oz chocolate syrup
2 dashes vanilla extract
Method:
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.
