A rich and sweet drink made with elegant brandy, the Cherry Chocolate Freeze blends 1 oz cherry brandy, 1 oz dark creme de cacao and 1/2 oz chocolate syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 oz cherry brandy
- 1 oz dark creme de cacao
- 1/2 oz chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a cherry.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate, add straws, and serve.
