A luscious recipe for Cordial Cooler made with Bacardi® white rum, rock melon, pineapple, sugar and orange squash.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bacardi® white rum
3 rock melon chunk
3 pineapple chunk
1 tbsp sugar
orange squash
Method:
Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes. Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).
