Corkscrew

A delectable recipe for Corkscrew made with light rum, peach schnapps, dry vermouth and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz peach schnapps
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, peach schnapps, and vermouth.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
