Corkscrew

A delectable recipe for Corkscrew made with light rum, peach schnapps, dry vermouth and lemon.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 twist lemon peel

Method:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, peach schnapps, and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
