Creme de Gin

Gin and white creme de menthe might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Creme de Gin makes it work — bracing from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz white creme de menthe
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp orange juice
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve In
