A bright and citrusy drink with a clean vodka base, the Dusty Dog blends 2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz creme de cassis and 1 tsp lemon juice.

Ingredients

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de cassis
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash bitters
5 oz ginger ale

Instructions

Pour vodka, creme de cassis, lemon juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost-filled with ice cubes.
Top with ginger ale, and stir well.
Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
