A tantalizing recipe for Earl of Sardinia made with Campari® bitters, creme de cassis, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Campari® bitters
1/2 oz creme de cassis
3 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice, and serve.
