A great recipe for East India Cocktail #1 made with brandy, Jamaican dark rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, bitters and cherry.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 tsp Jamaican dark rum
1/2 tsp triple sec
1/2 tsp pineapple juice
1 dash bitters
1 cherry
Method:
Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve.
