The East India Cocktail #1 works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — bright and tropical flavors and done in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 tsp Jamaican dark rum
- 1/2 tsp triple sec
- 1/2 tsp pineapple juice
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 cherry
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with the cherry and serve.
