Bittersweet and Medium to prepare, the East Indian features 1 oz dry sherry, 3/4 oz dry vermouth and 1/4 oz bianco vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dry sherry
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz bianco vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- Stir in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
