East Indian

Bittersweet and Medium to prepare, the East Indian features 1 oz dry sherry, 3/4 oz dry vermouth and 1/4 oz bianco vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dry sherry
  • 3/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/4 oz bianco vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Stir in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
