Egg Nog #2

Ingredients

  • 6 seperated eggs
  • 1 oz rum
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pint bourbon whiskey

Instructions

  1. Separate 6 eggs.
  2. Beat yolks well.
  3. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. Clean/degrease beaters and bowl.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar.
  7. Fold in yolks to whites.
  8. Gently stir in 1 pt heavy cream, 1 pt milk, 1 pt bourbon, and 1 oz rum.
  9. Serve as is or well chilled.
  10. Double recipe to fill a punch bowl.
