Fancy Scotch

Looking for something bright and citrus-forward? The Fancy Scotch combines Scotch whisky, triple sec, and superfine sugar into a drink that never disappoints.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 tsp triple sec
  • 1/4 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Serve In
