Looking for something layered? The Flaming Gay Morgan combines Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum, DeKuyper® Cheri-Beri Pucker schnapps, and tonic water into a drink that never disappoints.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
- 1 oz DeKuyper® Cheri-Beri Pucker schnapps
- 6 oz tonic water
- 1 dash Bacardi® 151 rum
Instructions
- Pour the spiced rum, cherry liqueur and tonic water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass, and garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry.
- If desired, float the Bacardi 151 on top of the drink and ignite (use extreme caution).
- Extinguish before serving.
