Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Flirtini features 2 pieces fresh pineapples, 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur and 1/2 oz vodka.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces fresh pineapples
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Muddle the pineapple pieces and cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add vodka and pineapple juice and stir.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne.
- Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
