There's something satisfying about a well-made Flying Scotsman. This layered and aromatic version uses Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and bitters for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Scotch whisky
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 dash bitters
- 1/4 tsp sugar syrup
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
