A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Foggy Day blends 1 1/2 oz gin, 1/4 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur and 2 oz cold water.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/4 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
- 2 oz cold water
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
Pour gin and pernod into an aperitif glass, fill with cold water, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
