Frozen Peach Daiquiri

Crisp and Medium to prepare, the Frozen Peach Daiquiri features 1 1/2 oz light rum, 3/4 oz Curacao orange liqueur and 3/4 oz lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 3/4 oz Curacao orange liqueur
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 oz fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Mix with shaved ice in blender; serve in wine glass.
  2. Variations: Substitute several large, ripe strawberries for the peach.
