Full House

Apricot brandy, peach schnapps, and Kahlúa shaken with sweet and sour, then topped with 7-Up. Three liqueurs that shouldn't work together somehow find common ground — the stone fruit from the apricot and peach pairs with the coffee undertone, and the 7-Up lightens everything.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz DeKuyper® Peachtree schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 1 splash sweet and sour mix
  • 7 1/2 oz 7-Up® soda

Instructions

  1. Pour the apricot brandy, DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps, Kahlua coffee liqueur and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a 10-12 oz highball glass.
  3. Fill with 7-up.
  4. Stir, and serve.
