A elegant drink with island-inspired character, the Gables Collins is made with vodka, creme de noyaux, and lemon juice. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz creme de noyaux
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- club soda
Instructions
- Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.
- Fill with Club Soda and garnish with a slice of lemon and a pineapple chunk.
