A great recipe for Gables Collins made with vodka, creme de noyaux, lemon juice, pineapple juice and club soda.
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz creme de noyaux
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp pineapple juice
Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with Club Soda and garnish with a slice of lemon and a pineapple chunk.
