The Gin Sangaree does one thing well: botanical with a clean edge. Made with gin, carbonated water, and port.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- carbonated water
- 1 tbsp port
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp water
- nutmeg
Instructions
- Dissolve powdered sugar in water and add gin.
- Pour into a highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
- Fill with carbonated water and stir.
- Float port on top, sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, and serve.
