The Golden Colada is a sweet cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz dark rum, 3/4 oz white rum and 1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz white rum
- 1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz orange juice
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- 1/4 oz cream
Instructions
- Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve.
