A great recipe for Golden Slipper made with apricot brandy, Yellow Chartreuse® and egg.
Ingredients:
2 oz apricot brandy
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1 egg yolk
Method:
Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
