Goombay Smash #3

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Goombay Smash #3 features 1 oz Bacardi® gold rum, 1 oz Bacardi® Coco rum and 4 oz pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bacardi® gold rum
  • 1 oz Bacardi® Coco rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 splash sweet and sour mix

Instructions

  1. Pour the Bacardi gold rum and Bacardi Coco rum, along with the pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake untill well chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and add a splash of sweet and sour mix.
  4. Stir lightly and serve.

Serve In
