A great recipe for Green Fairy made with absinthe herbal liqueur, water, lemons, egg and Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients:
1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz water
juice of 1 lemons
2 tsp egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Method:
Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
