The Hairy Coconut is a sweet cocktails made with 1 oz vodka, 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur
- 1 tsp Green Chartreuse®
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz whipping cream
Instructions
- Rim a champagne saucer with egg white and sweet grated coconut.
- Shake ingredients and strain into the saucer.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry, and serve.
