Hairy Coconut

The Hairy Coconut is a sweet cocktails made with 1 oz vodka, 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur
  • 1 tsp Green Chartreuse®
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Rim a champagne saucer with egg white and sweet grated coconut.
  2. Shake ingredients and strain into the saucer.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry, and serve.
