  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz whipping cream
  • 1 oz passion-fruit juice

  1. Rim a wine goblet with egg white and sweet grated coconut.
  2. Shake ingredients, strain into the glass, and serve.
