Harbor Light

A soothing drink built on smooth rum, the Harbor Light blends 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur, 1 oz triple sec and 1/2 oz cognac.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz cognac
  • 1 tsp overproof white rum

Instructions

  1. Make kahlua, triple sec and cognac pousse-cafe style in a cordial glass.
  2. Ignite rum in a teaspoon and float on top.
  3. Extinguish, and serve.

Serve In
