Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Hawaii Cocktail features 1 1/2 oz gin, 1 oz pineapple juice and 1 dash orange bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
