Honey Lemonade

Honey replaces sugar in this lemonade variation, adding floral complexity to the standard lemon-and-sweet formula. Blended with soda water, the honey dissolves fully and distributes evenly. The result is a lemonade with more depth and less one-note sweetness than the sugar version.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soda water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender jar.
  2. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Pour into a collins glass, and serve.
