Orgeat Lemonade

Orgeat — the almond syrup used in Mai Tais and other tiki drinks — mixed with lemon juice and soda water for a non-alcoholic refresher. The orgeat provides a nutty, floral sweetness that’s more complex than plain sugar, and the lemon keeps it from being cloying. A mocktail with genuine depth.
