Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 4 oz soda
Instructions
- Shake lemon juice, egg yolk and sugar syrup over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes, and carefully fill with water or soda.
