Hot Apple Pie with Sparks

The Hot Apple Pie with Sparks is a sweet shots-shooters made with 1/2 oz Irish cream, 1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps and 1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Irish cream
  • 1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
  • 1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum
  • 2 – 3 pinches cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Layer the Irish cream and Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps in a shot glass.
  2. Very gently, pour the Bacardi 151 on top.
  3. Carefully ignite the 151.
  4. Throw small handfuls of cinnamon powder on top 2 – 3 times to make sparks.
  5. Blow out and serve.

Serve In
