Hot Apple Pie with Sparks

A mouthwatering recipe for Hot Apple Pie with Sparks made with Irish cream, Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps, Bacardi® 151 rum and cinnamon.

1/2 oz Irish cream
1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum
2 – 3 pinches cinnamon powder

Layer the Irish cream and Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps in a shot glass. Very gently, pour the Bacardi 151 on top. Carefully ignite the 151. Throw small handfuls of cinnamon powder on top 2 – 3 times to make sparks. Blow out and serve.
