A luscious recipe for Hot Mon made with Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth and benedictine herbal liqueur.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur
Method:
Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with cracked ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze in the juice from a twist of lemon peel, place the peel on top, and serve.
