Hotel Plaza Cocktail

A tasty recipe for Hotel Plaza Cocktail made with dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, gin and pineapple.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz gin
1 slice pineapple

Method:
Stir all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the crushed slice of pineapple and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
