A tantalizing recipe for Irish Blackthorn made with Irish whiskey, dry vermouth, Pernod® licorice liqueur and Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
3 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
3 dashes Angostura® bitters
Method:
Pour the Irish whiskey, vermouth, pernod and bitters into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.
