A yummy recipe for Irish Shillelagh made with Irish whiskey, sloe gin, white rum, peach schnapps, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz sloe gin
1 tsp overproof white rum
1 tsp peach schnapps
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
Method:
Shake with a glassful of broken ice. Pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.
