The Five Hundred Proof is a spirit-forward cocktails made with 1/2 oz overproof white rum, 1/2 oz 100 proof bourbon whiskey and 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz overproof white rum
- 1/2 oz 100 proof bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
- 1/2 oz 100 proof vodka
- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
Instructions
- Shake and strain into a pilsner filled with broken ice.
- Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
